Modular buildings are buildings that are constructed using multiple modules which are built off-site in a factory environment and comply with current building regulations.The configurations are flexible ranging from a single storey to multiple storeys placed either end to end or back to back. The modulesare delivered to site, pre-assembledand installed using a telescopic crane and placed on prepared foundations or jack-pads.Disruption is kept to a minimum due to the built off-site construction process.

Bespoke modular buildings can be clad in a number of finishes and painted in numerous colour schemes.Internal wall coverings can be dry-lined to create plaster wall that can then be painted, or wallpapered to a design of your choice.Internal doors can be supplied and fitted to your specific design requirement.

Partitioning can also be fitted to give you numerous room configurations. Partitions can be supplied fully glazed with internal Venetian blinds, to give your office an open high tech feel. When the need arises for a confidential meeting you can close the blinds at the twist of a handle.

Various heating systems can also be incorporated into the building design, including air conditioning with heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, gas fired central heating systems.

These are a prompt, practical and flexible means of accommodating people and businesses. They can be double stacked or linked and are available in sizes from 10' x 8' to 60' x 12' in single unit format.
