Abbey Pynford needed to relocate part of their administration team from their head office in Watford to their Plant yard in Roydon.

Modular Building Systems where contacted as part of the procurement process and subsequently won the contract to supply a used Ideal modular building.

The client arranged and carried out the groundworks whilst MBS instigated the refurbishment & alteration process off site, once the foundations were ready the modular building was delivered to site and installed within in one day, minimising the disruption to the yard to a single day.

Whilst the internal bay trims and a new building skirt were fitted the client constructed a perimeter foot path around the building, with the internal fit out being carried out simultaneously with new IT cabling, floor coverings and a link way to an adjoining building.

From initial enquiry through to handover of building, the whole process took less than two months to complete. Our client had a cost effective quality modular building, with an expected life span of over twenty years.
