    Purpose built new build anti vandal office unit comprising:- steel personnel door with multi point locking system, 2 hinged steel shutters lockable from the inside with single glazed sliding windows. Insulated walls & ceiling with either vinyl faced plywood or plasterboard walls and ceiling. 

    Fitted with thermostatically controlled convector heating, flouresent light fittings and 13amp double sockets & fused spurs all wired back to a mains consumer unit c/w Rcd & mcb's.
