Definition

An anti-vandal cabin is made from heavy duty corrugated steel and designed to stop vandals and thieves from breaking in.

Applications:

Our purpose built range of insurance rated Anti-Vandal Steel Buildings are available in a wide range of sizes and configurations and can be double stacked where space is of a premium.

Purpose built, these units are constructed using 1.6mm thick steel incorporating features that enhance security by offering protection against theft and vandalism.With heavy-duty steel personnel doors incorporating either a 5-lever insurance rated deadlock or multi point locking door and lockable-hinged steel shutters or optional electricallyoperated roller shutters to all windows.

Modern anti-vandal accommodation compares favourable internally with the less secure jackleg accommodation. Every unit is supplied finished internally with low maintenance washable 3mm polyester wallboard and plastic skirting for ease of cleaning, with fully welded vinyl sheet flooring fitted as standard. Forklift pockets available as an optional extra item.

Supplied with a standard electrical package including, heating, lighting, power points and fused spurs all wired back to a mains consumer unit c/w RCD & MCB's.

These units can be supplied in a range of options including; site offices, toilet units, canteen facilities, drying rooms, meeting rooms, changing rooms and even sports pavilions.

For clients working on construction sites without mains services we offer our site welfare cabin, which is fully self-contained. Incorporating a single cubicle toilet, canteen mess facility and drying room with timber benching with a self-contained site foreman's office.

Specification for anti-vandal offices

General

Welded HR4 grade steel construction comprising 3mm framework with 1.6mm corrugated roof and side panels, ISO type fabricated corner blocks top and bottom for ease of stacking and transportation. Fork lift tunnels in base frame fitted as standard.

Interior

Walls and ceiling lined and insulated with 40mm glass fibre insulation. Ceiling finished in mono white ply, walls finished in low maintenance decorative polyester vinyl faced ply that can be wiped clean. Floor is 18mm thick ply covered with Polyflor (welded vinyl).

Electrics

Consumer unit, fluorescent lighting, double power sockets, convector heaters and an external isolator are fitted as standard. All units are independently tested and a certificate is provided.

Windows

Aluminium double sliding windows with exterior steel shutters which fasten from inside to enable stacking.

Doors

Steel outward opening with five-lever lock for maximum security.

Finish

Units thoroughly cleaned and degreased and painted in one colour of customer’s choice. Standard Sizes:
