Several heating systems can also be incorporated into the building design. The correct heating and the right amount of units can mean your bespoke building can remain at a comfortable temperature, all year round.

Additional security measures such as roller shutters, window guards and insurance standard entry and exit doors can be added to improve security.

Lighting can be supplied in a range of options including spotlights, Cat 2 light fittings for computer terminals users, external security lights with built in timers or PIR sensors. Emergency lighting, fire and intruder alarms are also available with countless other options.

Floor coverings, including vinyl flooring, carpet tiles and fitted carpets can be selected. In fact, anything else that you specify can be achieved.
