Executive Plastisol Clad Security Kiosk

Our executive security kiosks generally come with a steel exterior that is generally a smooth finish externally, with the structure made from either a timber stud work frame or structural steel frame.

Walls

Timber stud-work construction clad with 9mm WBP plywood (nailed and glued), fibreglass insulation, textured paint external finish, 12mm low maintenance cream vinyl plasterboard internal lining.

Floor

This is constructed with decking on to treated solid timber joists at 400mm centres, fibreglass insulation, 1.5mm vinyl flooring with welded seams.

Roof

A single membrane roof blanket bonded to a timber roof complete with fibreglass insulation and a 12mm low maintenance white vinyl faced plasterboard ceiling.

Electrics

Mains consumer unit c/w rcd and mcb's, 1.5m non-diffused fluorescent light fittings, 5amp light switch, 13amp twin switched sockets, 2kw thermostatically controlled convector heater wired back to a fused spur.

Windows

Anodised aluminium top opening single glazed window, 4mm clear float glass. Double-glazed available as an optional extra item. Manual & electrically operated roller shutters available as an optional extra item.

Doors

External ply flush door 1981 x 838 x 44mm hung in a painted timber frame with stained hardwood cill. Steel door and frame sets are available as an optional extra item.

Jacklegs

Steel telescopic jacklegs are fitted to assist loading and transportation.

Units can be supplied in customer specific external colours from the BS4800 colour range
