Modular Building Systems are the sole suppliers of the Midas superior modular building system. This system designed for the new millennium is more advanced than the traditional timber framed modular building. Our sophisticated design incorporates the following design features: -
* Independent Single span steel portal frame structure designed to improve strength especially during transportation and erection.
* Effortless and swift site installation by our experienced site installation team
* 3.5KN floor loading as standard
* Warm deck roof system
* Extra floors can easily be added at a later date if required, (to a maximum of three storeys high).
* Increased insulation values over most modular buildings in the market.
* PVCU double glazed windows fitted as standard.
* Large windows 1500mm x 750mm creating a traditional build feel to the building.
